Update your email address
Your eStatements and eAdvices will be sent to your latest email address registered with us. If you have recently changed your email address and/or mobile number, you may update your particulars via Online Banking or call our 24-hour Client Contact Centre at +65 6747 7000 (Personal Banking) or +65 6846 8000 (Priority Banking) to update your particulars.
If you wish to continue to receive paper statements
To continue receiving paper statements by mail, please indicate your preference via SMS or call our 24-hour Client Contact Centre at +65 6747 7000 (Personal Banking) or +65 6846 8000 (Priority Banking) before the deadline indicated in the letter and/or SMS notices sent to you.
