How do I pay my Accommodation fees?

To secure your place, you are required to accept your contract online and pay a bond/contingency deposit of  $400 and an administration fee of $150.

In January, you will receive an invoice for the full years accommodation along with a Payment Agreement.

  • You can choose to pay your accommodation in full or in weekly installments by direct debit or monthly installments by direct debit or credit card.
  • You are required to pay approximately five weeks rent, an activity fee of $100 and any optional extras (linen service, car parking etc) you may require before you move in.

When does the payment come out of my bank account?

If you are paying weekly, payments are every Thursday (evening). If you are paying by monthly installments, payments are due on the 2nd of each month.

How does StudyLink work? (NZ students only)

Students apply directly to StudyLink for assistance with their accommodation costs. StudyLink will pay your loan/allowance directly into your bank account each week. You will then need to set up a direct debit for the money to come out from your bank account on a weekly basis.
