These are personalised sessions, designed to cater for the needs of a vast range of fitness levels and individual well-being goals.



Whether it’s that little bit of extra motivation, the desire to increase your cardiovascular fitness, improve muscular strength or achieve balance in your life our Fitness Leaders are here to help guide you in the right direction.

Our knowledgeable Fitness Leaders can design you a gym-based programme that is specific to your needs or give you some guidance as to what recreational activities are available in and around campus that will fit your study timetable.

You will come away from this session with a personalised activity plan that will benefit your health, fitness and well-being.

Session times are for one hour.

Bookings are available at reception. Payment is required when booking the session.

Have A Go Yoga



This 30 minute modified yoga class is for everyday folk who want to feel the benefits of stretching, holding and breathing. Experience a lunch break where you return to the office feeling rested and refreshed. This is designed for beginner to intermediate levels but everyone is welcome!
