COVER TOWARDS EVERYDAY HEALTH COSTS

Health Positive provides a choice of 50% or 80% reimbursement for a wide range of everyday health costs up to annual limits. There’s no cover for surgery and stand down periods apply before you can claim. Health Positive is ideal for people who wish to buy a health plan to support them in remaining healthy.

UniCare Advantage

COVERS A WIDE RANGE OF HEALTH COSTS INCLUDING 80% OF ELIGIBLE SURGERY COSTS

UniCare Advantage provides a contribution towards some everyday health costs to keep you healthy or if you need to see a specialist or to have diagnostic tests. Surgery costs are reimbursed at 80% of actual costs up to $100,000 per admission.

UniCare Advantage is ideal if you are in good health but realise that sometimes things can go wrong.  Paying for routine health treatment can really mount up and an unexpected serious health issue may require specialised care.

UniCare Advantage provides cover for a wide range of health treatments from serious health events requiring surgery or hospitalisation to every day health. Premiums are kept affordable by enabling members to contribute towards the cost of their care. This means that UniCare Advantage offers very good value for money.

Hospital Select

OUR MOST EXTENSIVE PLAN, HOSPITAL SELECT OFFERS A MODULAR STRUCTURE AND COVERS ELIGIBLE SURGERY IN FULL

The security of full cover for eligible surgical procedures up to $300,000 per admission and related specialist consultations and diagnostics pre and post surgery (time frames apply). Excess options can be chosen to reduce premiums. A range of optional modules allow cover to be expanded to include everyday health costs, non-surgery related specialist consultations and diagnostics, natural healthcare, dental and vision expenses.

Hospital Select

WHY CHOOSE IT?

Hospital Select is ideal if you are looking for a plan that provides our most comprehensive cover for major unexpected illnesses requiring surgery or hospitalisation.  It can also help you to manage your regular health bills through great options like day to day treatment, dental and vision care, specialist and natural health.

This flexibility means Hospital Select is a great choice for employers who can elect to subsidise the base plan. Employees can then add family members and choose additional cover building a health plan to best suit their needs.

Hospital Select also works very well for people who are not part of a group scheme and want cover for major unexpected health costs plus options to help pay for routine health treatments.

  • 100% reimbursement of eligible surgical costs up to $300,000* per year.
  • Specialist consultations and test/investigations associated with surgery or hospital admission.
  • Cover is available for cancer treatment including surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy (including Non-Pharmac funded chemotherapy administered while in hospital*).
  • Loyalty benefits including overseas surgery, obesity surgery, and sterilisation procedures.
  • Additional cover is available (when selected) for Specialist consultations and tests/investigations that do not result in surgery or hospital admission.
  • A wide range of additional options including day to day treatment, dental and vision and natural health.
