If you supplied us with an e-mail address when you opened your account, you will automatically receive your statement by the 10th of each month.



If you did not provide us with your e-mail address, you can login to the SmartApp or Internet Banking to update it now.

Please note that we can only supply you with a statement after your account has been opened for 30 days or longer.



If you require any of your monthly statements after they have been emailed to you, you can request these via our SmartApp or Internet Banking. On the SmartApp, simply log in, click on your EveryDay account, click on Account Information, then select Statements.



Select the statements you would like, click on “Next” and “Send”, and your statements will be emailed to you instantly. On Internet Banking, simply log in, click on EveryDay account, then select Statements. Select the statements you would like, click on “Next” and “Send”, and your statements will be emailed to you instantly.
