POSB Hotline, POSB, short for Post Office Savings Bank, is one of Singapore’s top banks and operates as a subsidiary of DBS Bank. POSB was taken over by DBS in 1998, but continues to operate as a separate entity. POSB is known to be one of the oldest banks in Singapore and its consumer banking services are amongst the most popular in Singapore. The bank offers a wide range of consumer products and services, ranging from loans, credit cards, investment options and savings options.
Before POSB was acquired by DBS in 1998, the bank was mostly a public funded bank and was one of the foremost banks offering affordable banking services to Singaporean citizens and permanent residents. The bank continues to offer low cost, affordable banking services to a wide strata of Singaporean society that includes students and persons in National Service.
Even after the acquisition by DBS, POSB continues to be one of the largest banks in Singapore, still running the largest network of ATMs and bank branches in Singapore. POSB customers also receive preferential and affordable interest rates from DBS Bank.
POSB operates a total of 52 branches in the Island State. Four of these branches offer services on Sundays as well.

Through the Mobile Application: Changing the PIN through the mobile App is the most convenient way to change your credit card PIN. All you have to do is to enter your credentials to verify your identity.
How do you change your phone number with POSB?
In order to change your telephone number, you need to visit the nearest POSB branch and fill out an application form. Before you fill out the form, you will need to confirm your identity details in order for the bank to verify your details.
