An Official Academic Transcript is a document produced and certified by your prior institution that provides a complete and unaltered list of all the study you have completed with them.
It may differ depending on the institution, but generally, Official Academic Transcripts are not automatically issued and you will need to request and pay for one.
The following information is common to official academic transcripts:
- Your personal information (name, identification number at the institution and date of birth)
- Your qualification(s) completed, including date completed/conferred
- Qualification(s) still in progress
- Your course(s) of study attempted or completed each year
- Your course weighting and grades attained
- A key to the grading scale at that institution
- The official seal of the institution
The University of Auckland now accepts certified digital academic transcripts. For more information, please seeĀ What is a certified digital transcript?
