Lincoln University official documents such as transcripts, official letters, parchments and graduate profiles will be issued as either a digitally certified pdf via the My eQuals portal or as a hardcopy. The availability in the digital format is dependent on the date you graduated.

^ Graduate Profile documents are only available for graduates of undergraduate degree programmes. The graduate profiles are available at any time from the Lincoln website Graduate Profile section. Graduate profiles are not applicable to pre-2014 undergraduate degree programmes.
The following students will only receive hardcopy transcripts or parchments (not available as digitally certified pdf):
- Lincoln-Telford University students
- Lincoln University and Lincoln College students or alumni who studied or graduated prior to 2015
