Registering for Online Banking is very simple. Once you begin the registration process. Click to register for Online Banking This link will open in a new window, follow these easy steps:

1. You will need one of the following to register for Online Banking:

  •  Your account number or credit card number along with your Personal ID and mobile number.
  • OR Your Personal Banking Number (PBN) and your access code. If you cannot locate your PBN, please visit your local HSBC branch and we will post it out to you. Once you receive your PBN, please call us on 1300 308 008 to receive your access code. You can then use this and your Personal Banking number to register.

2. Simply follow the prompts to set up your username and password.
