How to Register at Student Health

Students are not automatically enrolled in the Health Centre, even if you have paid your Student Services Levy.

  2. Complete the form in black pen, and post it to Student Health and Support, Lincoln University, PO Box 85084, Lincoln,7647, fax to 03 3253881, or email to [email protected].

When you visit the Health Centre, the cost of your appointment can be billed directly to your insurance company (if covered) if you have used Allianz (studentsafe). Without this approved insurance provider, you will be required to pay up front at the Health Centre and claim the costs back through your insurance company.
