First National Bank Lost Card, If your MasterCard Debit Card or your Jeanie ATM card is lost or stolen, it is very important that you report it to us as soon as possible. If it has been stolen, we strongly recommend you also file a police report.
If you do not report your lost or stolen card within a reasonable time, you could be liable for fraudulent charges.
A new card is not automatically issued to you. You must either visit your local branch and complete a card application or contact them by phone and request one. There is a $5.00 fee for replacement cards.

FNB MasterCard Debit Card / Jeanie ATM Card
To report an FNB ATM or Debit card as lost or stolen please call MasterCard Lost / Stolen Card Division at 800-528-2273 and follow the instructions. MasterCard will flag your card as lost or stolen. They will send a report to First National Bank with this information for our records.

To Report a Lost or Stolen ATM / Debit Card:
- Call Shazam @ 1-800-383-8000 to report the card lost or stolen.
- Contact First National Bank via email or call 319-352-1340 (800-369-3629) to cancel your card. If the bank is closed, please leave your name and phone number. A bank representative will return your call during business hours.
- Verify your account transactions with a First National Bank Representative.
- A bank representative will process an application for a replacement card.
