eStatements and eAdvices Subscription

You can help the environment with eStatements and eAdvices. Just follow the 3 simple steps below.
  • Step 1: Visit on.sc.com/estats-My
  • Step 2: Complete the Online Registration Form
  • Step 3: Click Submit

Access your eStatements and eAdvices

You can view for your eStatements and eAdvices anytime, anywhere via Online Banking. You can also receive your eStatements and eAdvices via email as an attachment.

1. Access eStatements and eAdvices via Online banking 

  • Step 1: Visit www.sc.com/my
  • Step 2: Log in to Online Banking to access your eStatements and eAdvices
  • Step 3: Go to your Profile and click on “eStatements and eAdvices” from the navigation menu

2. Receive your eStatements and eAdvices via email 

  • Step 4: Click on ‘Settings’ to verify your e-mail address. Proceed to the next step if your email address is correct or you can update your email address by clicking the ‘change’ tab
  • Step 5: Click on the ‘subscription’ tab from the eStatements and eAdvices navigation menu
  • Step 6: Click on ‘Change subscription’ to receive your eStatements and eAdvices through email as an attachment

*If you are not an active Online Banking customer or have forgotten your password, call our Contact Centre to re-register. Your temporary ID will be provided to you by our friendly agents.

  • Privacy: You do not need to worry about someone else accessing your bank statement and advice, as your eStatements and eAdvices will be password-protected.


What is an eStatements and eAdvices? 
An eStatements and eAdvices is your account statement and advice that is electronically delivered to your email address as an attachment. You can also view it via Online Banking. 

Is there any fee charged for using the eStatements and eAdvices service? 
No. It is absolutely free-of-charge. 

Can I access my eStatements and eAdvices anywhere in the world? 
Yes. As long as you have Internet and access via email or Online Banking, you can retrieve your eStatements and eAdvices. 

When and how often do I receive my updated eStatements and eAdvices? 
An eStatements and eAdvices is updated on a monthly basis. To view your eStatements and eAdvices, simply access to your Online Banking and hover to your profile. Please click on ‘eStatements and eAdvices’ to view.
