Register for e-Statements


Get your daily, weekly and monthly bank and savings and investment accounts’ balance and provisional statements emailed to you. Register for this service via your online banking profile and create a password to access your encrypted e-statements.

  • Select ‘statements’
  • Select ‘email statements’ in sub-menu
  • Enter email address
  • Create password to unlock encrypted statement
  • Select either statement or balance to be emailed to you
  • Select frequency
  • Select format of statement
  • Select operating system 
  • Select ‘continue’
  • Check details on confirmation screen
  • Select ‘confirm’

View provisional statements

Check provisional statements on screen for any bank, credit or loan account that’s linked to your card.



  • Select ‘statements’
  • Select ‘view statements’
  • Select account in drop-down menu
  • Select ‘provisional’
  • Your provisional statement is displayed

View transaction history statements

See up to 180 days’ transaction history on loans and all accounts linked to your cards.

  • Select ‘statements’
  • Select ‘view statements’ in sub-menu
  • Select account in drop-down menu
  • Select ‘history’
  • Enter transaction dates
  • Select ‘continue’
  • Your history statement is displayed

Sort your statements




Sorting statements into groups will help you keep track of your money.

  • Select ‘statements’
  • Select ‘view statements’ 
  • Select account in drop-down menu
  • Select ‘sort’
  • Select ‘provisional’ or ‘date range’
  • Enter transaction dates
  • Sort criteria by date, amount or transaction type
  • Choose selection criteria (payments, deposits, cheques)
  • Select ‘continue’
  • Your sorted statement is displayed
