Capitec Bank wants 10 exceptional people to join our Graduate Development Programme (GDP) at our head office in Stellenbosch, Western Cape. A Capitec Bank person questions convention. You will get a 360 view of our business and find out how we are quietly going about making banking simpler and better.Once appointed to the GDP, you’ll be a part of a rotational programme that will give you exposure to different parts of the organisation. After successfully completing the programme, you will be placed within one of the following departments in Capitec Bank:

  • Data and Digital Solutions
  • Financial Management
  • Credit Management
  • Business Improvement
  • Marketing
  • Business Support

Qualifications

  • At least a three year degree in Accounting and Auditing, Actuarial Science, Business and Management, Engineering, Commerce and Business Science, Communications and PR, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Information Systems and Technology, Marketing, Maths, Statistics and Quantitative Management / Operations Research

Experience



  • A maximum of three years overall working experience 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer Literacy (MS Office)
  • Clear credit & criminal record

Knowledge and skills
