Bond University On Campus Accommodation

Bond University’s on-campus accommodation is within easy walking distance of the University lecture rooms, libraries, academic facilities, Sports Centre, and a variety of dining options.



The dining plan is compulsory while residing on campus. Students with a dining plan can use their student ID card to pay for items at any of our Food @ Bond outlets.

On campus accommodation options

Bond offers a variety of accommodation options for living on campus from single and share rooms to flats. Rates include electricity, water, laundry facilities, wireless interest and weekly cleaning. Find the options, descriptions and rates below.

Accommodation provisions, facilities and security

Student housing

Accommodation is fully air-conditioned and serviced weekly with bed linen provided including sheets, one pillow and pillowcase, bedspread, and blanket. All rooms have Wi-Fi and computer internet access and are fitted with a; king single bed (standard share/twin rooms have single beds only), bedside table, bookshelf, study desk and chair, telephone, and wardrobe.

Laundry

Shared laundry facilities with automatic machines and dryers are conveniently located near all rooms.

Common rooms

Common rooms include a dining table, couch, and TV. All residents have access to a common room and can have visitors until curfew.

Kitchenette

Each kitchenette is located in the common room area. Basic facilities include a fridge, kettle, microwave, sandwich press, and sink. Ovens are not available, however, for those living in the flats, access to a single hotplate is provided.

Accommodation security

All on-campus student housing is secure. Students require their student ID card to gain access to their building and corridor, and all bedrooms have a lock on the door for privacy.



Gender-specific corridors are only available in Building 11 and 12. In these corridors, males and females do not live together and are not allowed to share a room or bathroom facilities. All other student housing buildings have mixed corridors.
