Bond University Doctor Of Medicine

The Doctor of Medicine (MD) is the second of two sequential degrees at Bond University that must be completed in order to be eligible to practise medicine. This program is not available as a standalone program. All students must complete the Bachelor of Medical Studies (BMedSt) at Bond University to progress into the MD. The Doctor of Medicine is a Masters Extended program, located at level 9 of the Australian Qualifications Framework.

Deadline for all supporting documentation to be provided to QTAC by applicants where QTAC requests additional documents.
Friday 12 February 2021Testing invitations will be sent out by email progressively to selected applicants from 2pm onwards.
Monday 15 February to Tuesday 16 February 2021Psychometric testing conducted on-line.Opens from 9am, 15 February and closes 9am, 16 February 2021 (QLD AEST)
Friday 19 February 2021Interview invitations will be sent out by email progressively to selected applicants from Friday, 19 Feb 2021 until all available interview spaces are filled.
Tuesday 2 March, Wednesday 3 March and Friday 5 March 2021Medical Program^ interviews coordinated and conducted at the Faculty of Health Sciences & Medicine.
 Interviews will usually take about 3 hours to complete from registration.

The Medical Program is comprised of two sequential degrees – the Bachelor of Medical Studies (BMedSt) and the Doctor of Medicine (MD). All students selected for entry into the Medical Program^ will have to complete both the BMedSt and MD to be eligible for registration as a medical practitioner in any state or territory in Australia or New Zealand.
