Bond University has a strong contingent of International students, hailing from over 80 countries. Their presence helps create a dynamic, multicultural community. In the Student Business Centre, you’ll find our specialist team who support our International students in a range of areas:
- Update and issue CoEs
- Monitor and report international students to the Australian immigration authority to ensure compliance with the ESOS Act and the National Code
- Monitor international sponsored students, including Australia Award scholarship holders
- Arrange and assist with Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC)
- Provision of letters (e.g. 485 completion letters, invitation letters)
- Assistance with Student Visa implications
Transfer applications and release letters
International students who wish to transfer to another institution prior to completing six months of study in their principal program must apply for a Letter of Release. Refer to the National Code for details and note that there are limited circumstances when a letter of release may be granted.
All students must read the Student Transfer Policy prior to submitting a Letter of Release application.
