The American Degree Transfer Programme is a well-balanced programme designed to impart knowledge in the business management along with specialization in corporate industry administration, public advocacy, and entrepreneurship. Professionals can achieve a higher degree in international affairs combined with a degree in business administration.
The program is exclusively designed according to the requirements of the global market so as to take advantage of classroom experiences that contribute towards the career building of the students.
The curriculum for the American Degree Transfer Programme is structured such that it compliments other academic pursuits at the Lincoln University College. Each student must complete the core courses to gain basic understanding about the business administration and how it is harnessed. Once completing the core courses, the students can choose to specialize in any one of the three concentrations including research and development, public advocacy, and entrepreneurship.
After completing those, the students must either take additional courses from the remainder of the concentrations for broadening the learning horizons or choose to pursue research and development in the area of their concentration or develop a concept paper that encourages independent thinking in the area of addressing policy issues, learning the business and economic dynamics of the corporate industry, and addressing some of the pressing issues of the time including business deprivation of masses in the developing countries.
The ability of the proposed program is to integrate scholars from all the academic disciplines at Lincoln University College as well as attracting scholars from diverse disciplines from the other institutions all over the world.
This would enable the programme to meet its broad objectives to touch every aspect of global industrialization of the business administration.
Program Aim
The American Degree Transfer Programme in Business & Social Science program at LUC combines the disciplines of both business along with general studies and is designed to teach the students the application of the basic concepts of business and science. The aims of this programme are,

• To prepare individuals for complex leadership tasks by providing broad general management skills
• To teach perspectives and practices from all over the world for professionals especially for project work
• To prepare students to think creatively in order to construct, assess, and apply innovative solutions.

The American Degree Transfer Programme is designed to give students academic and technical skills in broad areas to enable them to find their niche in the industry, government sector, public advocacy, legislation, academics, and manufacturing.
The students will graduate with fundamental knowledge related to Science with enhanced understanding in virtually all the aspects that are necessary for making transition into technology and to compete head on with the global workforce.
The all-inclusive broad based training in independent thinking, research and development and development, advocacy, technology deployment, manufacturing, societal aspects, and nation building would give LUC students considerable edge in adjusting to the new economy and within their future workplace.

Entry Requirements :
- Pass Certificate of Education (SPM) with at least five credits including subjects English and pass in Bahasa Malaysia; or
- Passed GCE O-Level with at least grade C in five subjects; or
- Passed Unified Examination Certificate (UEC) with at least grade B in 5 subjects including English lessons; or
- Other qualifications recognized by the Malaysian Government.
