POSB Atm Card, Apply for a Debit/ATM Card via digibank Online or get it instantly at our Video Teller Machine (VTM).
- Log in to digibank Online with your User ID and PIN.
- Under Apply, select Debit Cards.
- Log in with your 6-Digit iB Secure PIN.
- Choose the ATM/Debit Card you wish to apply and select the Accounts to be linked to the card.
- Indicate the Name to be printed on your New ATM/Debit Card, confirm your contact details and select Next.
- Complete the Declaration and Verify your Details, select Submit to complete the application.
Note:
- Your new ATM/Debit Card will be mailed to your address within 3-5 working days after successful application processing.
- For PAssion POSB Debit Card application, you are required to input your details for your PAssion Membership.
- Effective 21 April 2017, the POSB GO!, POSB Active, POSB Multitude and DBS MoneySmart Debit Cards will be discontinued. Applying for a new PAssion POSB Debit Card will automatically terminate the above mentioned card(s), if any, and the account linkages will be transferred to your new PAssion POSB Debit card.
Video Teller Machine (VTM)
- Insert your NRIC, ATM/Debit/Credit Card or scan your Passport and complete the authentication process.
- Under Card Services, select Apply ATM/Debit Card.
- Choose the ATM/Debit Card you wish to apply and select the Accounts to be linked to the card.
- Indicate the Limits you wish to set and confirm the Name to be printed on your New ATM/Debit Card.
- Confirm your New Card PIN and agree to the Terms and Conditions.
- Get a One Time Password via SMS and key it into the Video Teller Machine (VTM).
- Collect both your new and old ATM/Debit Card or NRIC before you leave the machine.
