Auckland University Of Technology Bachelor of Design / Bachelor of Property Conjoint

Contemporary design is concerned with finding the best solution for future problems through analysis, prototyping, testing and implementation. The field explores ways to adopt emerging technologies and apply them to established fields.

The BDes/BProp provides you with a unique opportunity to integrate emerging technologies within the property industry.

You will develop a strong knowledge of property, investment, valuation and land use and explore real world property issues.

Through your Design case studies and imagined scenarios, you will learn how to test and implement digital, material and emerging technologies, enabling you to investigate how they could apply to the property industry.
