Ranked highly around the world, the Culinary Arts department is part of hospitality, tourism and events at AUT and covers gastronomy, culinary arts and pâtisserie.
Students train in two quality restaurants on campus. Our staff have a wealth of industry experience, having worked as chefs or managed hotels, bars, restaurants, cafes and resorts around the world.
