How do I get the app?
I’m already an Internet banking user (with token on cellphone)
- Sign in to Internet banking
 - Follow the easy download steps
 - Choose a new Remote PIN (this will replace your existing Internet banking password and can be used to access Remote Banking – app and Internet)
 - Enjoy banking on the go using the app
 
Not registered for Internet banking/Registered (with token on keyring)
- Visit your nearest branch with your cellphone and Global One card to register
 - We’ll send you an SMS to download the app
 - Once downloaded, install and activate the app
 - Open the app, enter your Remote PIN and start transacting
